How to dry organic manure with the fertilizer dryer?

Organic fertilizer dryer can directly dry up to 70% -80% water content of poultry and animal manure to 13% safe storage moisture at one time. The whole process is carried out in a closed system, thereby reducing environmental pollution during drying. The equipment is mainly composed of heat source, loader, feeder, rotary drum, discharger, material crushing device, induced draft fan, unloader and power distribution cabinet; after the dehydrated wet material is added to the dryer, it is uniformly distributed in the drum. When the cloth copying device is turned, the material is evenly dispersed in the dryer and is in full contact with the hot air, which accelerates the drying heat and mass transfer. In the drying process, the material is discharged to the star-shaped discharge valve of the other section of the dryer under the action of the inclined plate and hot temperament.
