Pomace drying equipment working principle
Pomace drying equipment is mainly composed of heat supply source (hot blast stove, pulverized coal stove or gas generator), feeder (disperser), rotary drying drum, discharge machine, induced draft fan, transmission equipment, unloader. It is composed of a power distribution cabinet; the dehydrated wet fruit slag is dispersed by the feeder into the drying drum after being dehydrated, and is evenly dispersed in the drying area with hot air under the flip of the lifting plate evenly distributed in the drum. Full contact speeds up drying and heat and mass transfer; moisture is extracted by the air induction equipment to prevent the material from returning to moisture. During the drying process, the fruit residue moves to the unloading valve at the other end of the dryer to discharge the dried product uniformly under the action of the inclined plate and the heat medium. In the design of the plan, fully considering the characteristics of high moisture content, high vitamin content, and high viscosity of the pomace, a series of unique and unique technologies and processes were adopted to solve it to ensure good drying results.
