How to dry sludge?
The sludge enters the guide plate of the dryer from the feeder through the chute. With the rotation of the cylinder, the sludge is guided to the inclined lifting plate, which is lifted to the center of the cylinder, and gradually falls to form the material curtain. The high-temperature airflow passes through it, preheating the sludge and evaporating part of the water. When the sludge is spilled and moved to the moving rafter wing, the material is mixed with the preheated rafter wing, which transfers heat to the material and evaporates part of the water. At the same time, the material carried by the wing plate is lifted, dropped, and repeated several times. The material and the hot air flow are convicted and contacted to exchange heat. At the same time, the cleaning device buried in the material also slides down the inside of the arc-shaped lifting plate to clean the material adhered to the inner wall of the lifting plate. After the cleaning device rotates along the vertical line with the cylinder, it is dragged on the back of the arc lifting plate to clean the material adhered to the outer wall of the lifting plate. With the continuous rotation of the cylinder, part of the water is evaporated, and the sludge is further dried. At the same time, the cleaning device also plays a role in crushing the sludge pellets, improving the drying speed, and finally the sludge is dried into a low-moisture loose material and discharged from the discharge port.
